Personal Income Tax will be in 2010 in Montenegro 9 % !
:: Editor Notes: The Parliament of Montenegro has adopted the Law on Personal Income Tax. . -- This law, among other things, prescribes the introduction of a flat tax rate of 15%. -- The rate will stay the same in 2007 and 2008, while in 2009 it will be 12% and finally in 2010 the rate will be a flat 9%, the same as a corporate profit tax rate.-- The law prescribes that tax is not paid for the following: --
A resident has the right to deduct a tax base for the amount of 840€ per year (non-taxed amount).
