Montenegro has two international airports, Tivat and Podgorica. Also very close is Dubrovnik Airport (Cilipi) in Croatia (30 km to the Montenegrin border) and connects Herceg Novi, Kotor and Budva with domestic and international tourist destinations.
In certain occasions, the Podgorica airport might be utilized as well (112 km away from Herceg Novi). Montenegro is an air destination with very frequent charter flights during the tourist season.
The companies “Montenegroairlines” and “JAT” manage scheduled flights, while a couple of other companies organize flights to Podgorica, Tivat and Dubrovnik during the tourist season (Malev, Adria Airways, Fisher, Aeroflot, TUI Fly (HLX), LTU, Austrian Airlines , Siberia Airlines and others). ::
