• The mortgage creditor has no right to use or dispose of the real property during the period of validity of the mortgage.


• The mortgage has to be registered in the cadastre of immovable property and is published on the web site of that Agency.


• The agreement has to be concluded in written form and certified by the competent entity. The mortgage terminates automatically when the debtor fullfills its obligations.
