The historic town of Ulcinj with its warren of cobbled streets with romantic restaurants and breathtaking views to the Adria is ca 4 km from the apartment.
This picturesque walk takes you through the marina, over a footbridge which is periodically opened for yachts to pass through and on along the beautiful esplanade beside the boat channel to the left and the old town to the right.
Ulcinj is a beautiful coastal town within easy reach of Ada Bojana to the south, Black Mountains and the hills to the east and the fishing port and City Beach "Mali Plaza" of Ulcinj to the north.
Podgorica airport is an easy drive of 60-70 minutes on the new motorway and can also be reached by rail from the station in Bar, which is a 20 drive from the apartment. The border of Albania is also an easy drive and can be reached within 25 minutes.
The picturesque walled town of Ulcinj itself is steeped in history still retaining its old world charm and has local unspoilt beaches and famous grottos all within easy walking distance.
