Apartment Denise is located 30 minutes from the centre of Kotor, and 30 km from the town of Dubrovnik.

The Apatment is just 2500 meters from the sea and has a fantastic seaview from garden and terraces. The apartment is along a rocky coast of the Herceg Novi Riviera.

It is a privileged location not only for its spectacular sea view, but also because of its membership in the zoned and protected area of the Mediterranean Nature Preservation Program.

The apartement is beautifully and functionally to host up to 6 Perrson, in no way overdone, and offering a relaxed atmosphere.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a electro oven, refrigerator and washing machine.

The bedroom areas are accessed through the living room. The living space is open and not cramped and has direct acces to the terrace and garden areas.

There are two  bedrooms: one with a queen sized bed and two additional bedrooms with 2x single beds.

The bathroom has a bath tube and can used as a shower.

The property is surrounded by a garden with an abundance of plants and has a fantastic view overlooking the entrance of Boka Bay.
